We currently host our live sales on Instagram @i.m._therealsoulspa every Friday at 1:00p est.

Live sales don't have a set end time but will usually go until at least 8pm EST.

After you claim crystals during a live sale on Instagram, we will post a listing to this website under "PURCHASE LIVE SALES" or “LIVE SALE CLAIMS”. Your claims will be attached to your Instagram username, and the details of your claims will be in the product description.

We will post a reminder on our Instagram story once all claims are uploaded to the website. Once this announcement goes out, you will have 24 hours to purchase your claims. We are excited to offer a variety of payment methods including:

• credit/debit card
• bank transfer (ACH)
• Afterpay (pay in 4 parts)
• gift card
• PayPal

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday through USPS and UPS. The latest you will receive a tracking number sent to your email is Tuesday evening! Shipping will generally range from $6 to $22 depending on what size box is needed for your claims. International shipping price varies. If you are shipping outside of the United States, please let us know so we can work out the best way to send you your order!

PLEASE NOTE you have the option to add shipping insurance through the postal service during checkout. We are NOT responsible for the purchase after tracking number is sent and confirmation of the box being shipped. We will work to help you in the case of the mailing service losing a package, broken etc. though this rarely happens! No need to worry!

After you claim crystals during a live sale on Instagram, we will post a listing to this website under "PURCHASE LIVE SALES" in the "PRODUCTS" category. Your claims will be attached to your Instagram username and the details of your claims will be in the product description. 

We are happy to offer "open boxes" to allow you to continue adding crystals to your box over multiple weeks and also save on shipping. Currently, we are allowing boxes to stay open until you tell us to close them and be charged for shipping at that time. Shipping will be applied to your FINAL INVOICE ONLY, prior to closing your box. 

If you would like to keep an open box, and are checking out in the website, type in the coupon code “openbox“ to remove shipping cost and notify us it’s an open box. If purchasing off the website, please send us a direct message on Instagram as soon as possible after claiming so we know not to add shipping to your order. If you do not request an open box, shipping will be added to your order, and it will be sent out the following Monday.

Each and every one of our crystals are consciously sourced and hand selected from reputable high energy master carvers and few crystal suppliers. Many of the collection master carved crystals sold during our live sales have been set in energetic grids of positive intentions only, and our goal is to share that energy with our wonderful soul family. 

We do support other artists from time to time and feature their work and some jewelry. You will find we work with and specialize in designing and activating master carved skulls. Each piece is an ethically sourced high energy hand carved work of art by Subhash Meena master carver or Leandro De Souza. On occasion we add other master carvers as well.

We will happily work with you to create a payment plan for any orders over $300 With 20% down. The plan listing will stay on the website under live sale claims tab and the drop down menu will keep you organized on due dates of payments, what’s due and how much you already paid. no more than two pay plans at one time and additionally no adding to a previous weeks payment plan. Please let us know by message or Instagram messenger immediately after claiming if you’d like a pay plan!
