We currently host our live sales on Instagram @soulspacrystalco every Thursday 3:00p and Friday at 12:34 est. unless otherwise noted.

Live sales don't have a set end time but will usually go until at least 12am Thursday and 5pm fridays EST. 

Come join us and relax in the beautiful energy of this community!

After you claim crystals during a live sale on Instagram, we will post a listing to this website under "PURCHASE LIVE SALES" or “LIVE SALE CLAIMS”. Your claims will be attached to your Instagram username, and the details of your claims will be in the product description.

We will post a reminder on our Instagram story once all claims are uploaded to the website. Once this announcement goes out, you will have 24 hours to purchase your claims. Last call to pay your invoice is by Sunday after the live by 9am EST all orders not paid are considered abandoned and buyers are not welcome to claim on live sales in the future without a deposit first. The second time this happens buyers are not welcome to claim on a live sale again. Thank you for understanding!

We are excited to offer a variety of payment methods including:

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday through USPS and UPS. The latest you will receive a tracking number sent to your email is Tuesday evening! Shipping will generally range from $6 to $22 depending on what size box is needed for your claims. International shipping price varies. If you are shipping outside of the United States, please let us know so we can work out the best way to send you your order!

PLEASE NOTE you have the option to add shipping insurance through the postal service during checkout. ***We are NOT responsible for the purchase after tracking number is sent and confirmation of the box being shipped. We will work to help you in the case of the mailing service losing a package, broken etc. though this rarely happens! No need to worry!

After you claim crystals during a live sale on Instagram, we will post a listing to this website under "PURCHASE LIVE SALES" in the "PRODUCTS" category. Your claims will be attached to your Instagram username and the details of your claims will be in the product description. 

We are happy to offer "open boxes" to allow you to continue adding crystals to your box over multiple weeks and also save on shipping. Currently, we are allowing boxes to stay open until you tell us to close them and be charged for shipping at that time. Shipping will be applied to your FINAL INVOICE ONLY, prior to closing your box. 

If you would like to keep an open box, and are checking out in the website, type in the coupon code “openbox“ to remove shipping cost and notify us it’s an open box. If purchasing off the website, please send us a direct message on Instagram as soon as possible after claiming so we know not to add shipping to your order. If you do not request an open box, shipping will be added to your order, and it will be sent out the following Monday.

Each and every one of our crystals are consciously sourced and hand selected from reputable high energy master carvers and few crystal suppliers. Many of the collection master carved crystals sold during our live sales have been set in energetic grids of positive intentions only, and our goal is to share that energy with our wonderful soul family. 

We do support other artists from time to time and feature their work and some jewelry. You will find we work with and specialize in designing and activating master carved skulls. Each piece is an ethically sourced high energy hand carved work of art by Subhash Meena master carver or Leandro De Souza. On occasion we add other master carvers as well.

2026 Live Sale Guidelines, Changes & Policies

Thank you for being part of our Soul Spa Crystal family. As we move into 2026, we’ve made a few updates to our live sale schedule, payment policies, and shipping processes so we can continue to serve you with love, integrity, and sustainability. Please take a moment to review the updated guidelines below.

🗓 LIVE SALE SCHEDULE (2026)

All are welcome in love and light to join our weekly live sales:

Thursdays:

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST

• Dinner break approximately 5:45–7:00 PM

Fridays:

• 12:34 PM – approximately 5:30 PM EST

(End time may vary slightly if featured pieces run long)

🧾 INVOICES & PAYMENT DEADLINES

• All invoices are due within 24 hours after live sales end

• Final invoice cutoff: Saturday at 12:00 AM (midnight) EST

• Last call before box abandonment: Sunday at 9:00 AM EST

We provide multiple reminders so no one is caught off guard, including:

Stories, posts, bio link, broadcast channel, and direct messages.

Missing payment by a short amount of time does not automatically trigger penalties.

📦 ABANDONED BOX POLICY (WITH COMMUNICATION)

These guidelines apply when a buyer communicates promptly and respectfully due to emergencies or life events.

First Abandoned Box:

• Buyer may still participate and claim on live sales

• A deposit is required 30 minutes before the live

– Thursday: 2:30 PM

– Friday: 12:04 PM

Second Abandoned Box:

• Buyer may no longer claim during live sales

• Replay purchases and website purchases are allowed

• Payment must be made immediately via invoice or checkout

Third Abandoned Box:

• Buyer is listed as a non-payer

• No longer able to claim or shop with Soul Spa

• Still welcome to join lives for positive energy and community vibes

Soul Spa reserves the right to block any buyer for rudeness, irresponsible claiming, or failure to pay without communication.

💳 PAYMENT PLANS (UPDATED FOR 2026)

We offer in-house payment plans to help make the crystal experience accessible, while still operating responsibly as a business.

Eligibility:

• Orders of $300 or more

Payment Plan Option 1:

• 20% deposit

• Balance split over 4 weeks

• Some pieces eligible for up to 8 weeks

Payment Plan Option 2 (NEW FOR 2026):

• 40% deposit

• Balance split over 4–8 weeks

• Based on stock type (new vs. old) and total amount spent

• Bi-weekly payment plans are available upon request

⏳ LATE PAYMENTS & FORFEITURE

• First late payment: warning issued

• Second late payment or more: 10% late fee per week on the overdue balance

Important:

• Payment plans overdue more than 30 days result in forfeiture of the box and all payments made

• Maximum extension (even for emergencies): 60 days

Once a piece is claimed, it cannot be resold at the original price. These policies protect the sustainability of our shop so we can continue serving our community.

🔮 HOW CLAIMING WORKS ON LIVES

• The first claim that appears on my screen wins

• Claims must include the number code + color emoji or color letter

– Example: 30 💚 or 30 G

We show prices upfront during table scans to prevent regret and stress. Crystal healing should always feel positive and aligned—not overwhelming.

🆘 SOS CLAIMS

• Each buyer is allowed up to 3 SOS claims per live sale

• SOS may be used for Wi-Fi or connection issues

• Our community often helps claim on your behalf

This is part of what makes our Soul Spa family so special.

💖 COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

Soul Spa is an intentional, loving, inclusive, and respectful space.

We ask that all who participate—whether claiming or simply hanging out—match this frequency and treat others as they would like to be treated.

🧾 SALES TAX

• We do not currently add sales tax to crystal claims

• Florida buyers with more than three purchases in 2026 may be required to pay Florida sales tax

• This is required by law and is not additional profit for Soul Spa

• Shipping days: Monday & Tuesday

• Latest tracking provided: Tuesday afternoon

International Shipping:

• Invoiced on the day we ship

• Accurate, country-specific pricing and speed options provided

• We ship worldwide from Florida, USA

🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Shipping starts at $6 and is calculated by weight

• Flat-rate options available when applicable

• Open boxes are encouraged to save on shipping

• Free shipping is not currently offered

🛡 SHIPPING INSURANCE

• Insurance is optional and must be requested by the buyer

• Added at the end for the exact USPS cost

• We remind buyers weekly on lives and invoice reminders

Insurance is not automatically added per group preference.

🔐 DUO DEALS & CLEARANCE SALES

Duo Deals (Secret Menu):

• Both pieces must be seen and claimed at the same time

• Delayed pairing requests are not permitted

• Offered to keep energetically bonded pieces together—not as a sales tactic

Clearance Sales:

• No dibs

• Payment plan options may differ or be unavailable

• Pieces may not be reshown

• Replays are posted after the live
